Social Media Marketing Specialist

We continue to expand the team and is looking for a SMM Specialist. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Responsibilities:

- Developing a social media strategy and posts planning (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok);
- Creating a content plan;
- Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of SMM campaigns, providing optimization recommendations;
- Planning and conducting advertising campaigns on social media;
- Searching for references and assigning tasks to the design team;
- Writing engaging texts for social media;
- Generating activities aimed at increasing engagement and follower count;
- Searching for and implementing bots in Telegram channels;
- Supporting and enhancing the brand image on social media.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience as an SMM specialist;
- Written English at B2+ level;
- Proficient Russian language skills;
- Excellent copywriting skills; ability to work with ChatGPT;
- Experience with content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma);
- Skills in audience analysis and creating content that meets their needs;
- High level of self-organization and responsibility;
- Experience in team work, effective communication skills;
- Readiness to provide a portfolio.

Preferred:

- Experience in Gambling industry.
