Andersen is hiring a System/Business Analyst for a global tech enterprise. The project involves developing a micro-frontend widget to streamline and improve the digital claiming process.

Our customer is a global enterprise that develops digital solutions enabling seamless interaction between people, services, and technology. Its mission is to drive large-scale digital transformation by building sustainable, secure, and agile IT ecosystems that support partners and clients around the world.

The project is focused on delivering a micro-frontend application – a modular interface component that allows users to access specific services and perform key functions. The current scope includes developing a widget solution aimed at improving and streamlining the claiming process.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing user requirements for the API.
• Analyzing the functionality of existing APIs.
• Designing REST API in OpenAPI specification format.
• Forming a backlog of tasks for the development of REST API.
• Documenting user and functional requirements for the REST API in the format of user stories highlighting and detailed description of acceptance criteria.
• Modeling domain area (entity-relationship diagrams), business processes and algorithms (UML activity diagrams), functionality (UML use case diagrams), service interactions (UML sequence diagrams).
• Compiling user documentation for API consumers and publishing it on the developer portal.
• Conducting REST API acceptance testing and maintaining collections of API requests.
• Demonstrating the work of the REST API.
• Managing API access and organizing onboarding of new API consumers.
• Identifying gaps in the functionality of the portal for developers, the formation of a backlog of tasks for the completion of the portal, their description and acceptance testing.

Must-haves:

• Commercial experience as a System/Business Analyst for 1+ year.
• Strong understanding of REST API (preferably experience in designing REST API)
• Proficiency in Postman (ability to analyze and test API).
• Experience in documenting requirements in the user story format (story breakdown, defining acceptance criteria).
• Experience in modeling: UML (sequence diagrams, activity diagrams), ERD (business domain models).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
