We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, oversee, and optimise advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads;
Generate ideas and create visuals for marketing campaigns (in cooperation with creative team)
Generate ideas on improving user acquisition funnels and optimising costs (beyond media buying)
Based on performance on marketing campaigns generate feedback on product positioning/ provide insights about competition
Thoroughly analyse, measure, and compile reports for all campaigns, forming a well-informed perspective on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements;

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Advertising (Google/ Tiktok/ others a Plus);
Experience in managing budgets over $100,000/month.;
In-depth understanding of the general principles of user acquisition and performance marketing;
Lead and mentor a team of buyers;
Develop media buying strategies;
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
English Upper-intermediate or higher.
Background in the iGaming industry;
