We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return.

Hard skills:

• 3-4 years of experience in performance/traffic/marketing analytics, including at least 1–21–2 years in a lead role

• Deep understanding of iGaming metrics

• Experience working with large datasets and complex funnels

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience with BI tools

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Understanding of statistics

• Deep understanding of iGaming traffic acquisition channels

• Understanding of GEO specifics, licensing, and anti-fraud

• Extensive experience analyzing traffic quality

• Experience integrating data sources (APIs, webhooks)

• Understanding of data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

• Basic Python / R knowledge (a plus)

Leadership:

• Experience managing a team of analysts (3–8 people)
  
  Skills in:

• Task setting and prioritization

• Mentoring and employee development

• Ability to build analytics processes from scratch or scale existing ones

• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with:

• Product

• CRM

• VIP

• Finance

• C-level stakeholders

• Ability to translate business requests into analytical hypotheses and solutions

• Ability to present data and recommendations to a non-technical audience

• Strong communication skills

• Proactive approach to decision-making and work processes

• Ability to work in ambiguity and in a fast-growth environment

• Critical thinking and attention to detail
