Hi there!

We're excited to announce an open position for a Tech Lead Support at GetBlock - a Blockchain-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform that provides API access to nodes from multiple blockchains.

It is important for us:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Experience in managing a support team of at least 4 people;
• Experience working with technical glass. Gitlab, containerization, docker, code;
• The ability to build and optimize technical support processes. Preparation of documentation;
• The ability to build a system for monitoring and tracking the health metrics of the system
• Management of high-load systems
• Experience in building KPI systems and staging and tracking
• Employee onboarding
• The ability to work in a multitasking environment and make quick decisions;Experience working with nodes, launch, support, updates will be an advantage;
• English B2 - C1 will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Capacity-management: Inventory of physical equipment (servers), nodes (active/reserve); planning of node reserves; placing orders with hosting providers
• Monitoring timely node updates
• Maintenance of technical documentation (knowledge base)
• Technical support service quality control, employee workload control, task allocation
• Identify, maintain and collect target metrics/reports
• Formation of a team/individual KPI
• Hiring/onboarding/offboarding of L2 employees
• Planning and coordinating node updates, minimizing downtime, checking functionality after an update
