We are pleased to invite a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support for our flagman software product - Wialon. The work involves deep immersion in the product, analytics, technical consulting and user training.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates:

• Technical education or work experience in technical support or system administration.

• Strong Intermediate level of English.

• Willingness to work in shifts. Our schedule consists of day and night shifts in the following cycle: 2 days from 8 am to 8 pm / 2 days off / 2 days from 8 pm to 8 am / 2 days off.

• Strive to learn and further provide quality advice to clients on their issues.

Tasks we are ready to entrust you:

• Initial processing and basic analysis of incoming requests in Russian and English.
• Consulting clients on Gurtam products and providing technical support via HelpDesk, phone, and online chat 24/7
• Advising and assisting colleagues from other departments on technically-related questions
• Advising clients on Gurtam products, their settings and capabilities.
