• Create initial product documentation: describe business logic, functionality, modules, and interconnections
• Record product changes and improvements, maintain the ChangeLog
• Keep documentation current as new features are released
• Build and maintain an internal glossary for team communication (not end-users)
• Work with Confluence, Postman, Swagger (or similar) — organize and systematize documentation
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather information and document implemented features
• Act as the documentation owner: monitor contributions, validate updates, and maintain a single source of truth

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer / Analyst / System Documenter
• Understanding of web/mobile applications and APIs
• Ability to describe business logic and complex processes clearly and structurally
• Proficiency in Confluence, Postman, Swagger (or similar tools)
• Experience maintaining ChangeLogs and structuring updates
• English — strong reading and writing skills for technical documentation
• Experience in product companies (SaaS, fintech, telecom, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL, basic understanding of architecture and client-server interactions
• Previous experience working closely with product and dev teams
