About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team on a part-time contract basis and support ongoing client projects, including SaaS platforms and content-driven applications.

This role combines support of existing products with creation of new UI concepts and design solutions. We are looking for a designer who can work efficiently, iterate quickly based on feedback, and contribute both visually and conceptually.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, collaborating with internal teams and occasionally participating in client discussions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Improve and extend existing UI/UX solutions across active projects
• Design UI components, layouts, and interaction patterns aligned with existing design systems (or contribute to their development)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design ideas and business logic
• Propose new UI/UX concepts and visual approaches for product improvements
• Iterate on designs based on internal and client feedback in a fast-paced environment
• Identify usability issues and suggest practical UX improvements
• Participate in design discussions and, when needed, client calls

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and visual design skills (web/SaaS products preferred)
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
• Understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Ability to work fast
• Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Experience with Confluence or similar tools

AI related requirements

• Experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g. Figma plugins, UXPilot, Midjourney, etc.)
• Ability to formulate effective prompts and leverage AI for faster ideation and execution
• Understanding limitations of AI tools and ability to apply critical thinking in design decisions
• Practical usage of AI to improve speed, quality, and documentation of design work
