The IT company Andersen invites an experienced UX/UI Designer to join its team for working with our customer from the UK.

The customer is a leader in the development and publishing of online games with a global presence, it strives to create legendary games with passion and professionalism. The company supports social responsibility and sustainable development, shares its professional expertise, and participates in major industry events worldwide, working for the benefit of its clients and society.

The project involves the development of a computer game, focusing on creating new designs and expansions. This includes enhancing the game’s visual aesthetics, introducing innovative gameplay mechanics, and adding fresh content to enrich the player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Improve the existing interfaces and design new ones for battle and game lobby.
• Create final models, animations, and support documentation for the developers and conduct author's supervision.
• Communicate with a huge number of professionals in different fields and find the best solutions.
• Participate in cross-reviewing the work of your fellow designers.
• Participate in shaping and improving the processes and design of games.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a UX/UI Designer for 3+ years.
• Experience in the game industry and proven game interface design skills, supported by a portfolio.
• Understanding of design and perception principles.
• Strong graphic design skills for creating skeuomorphic interfaces.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Ability to create animations using After Effects, Animate, and other tools.
• Experience in organizing and conducting usability tests.
• Basic knowledge of game psychology, marketing, and design.
• Gaming experience with an understanding of industry mechanics.
• Good communication skills for sharing and explaining ideas.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
