Andersen is hiring a Video Content Specialist for a global B2C streaming platform. The role focuses on producing engaging video content to boost brand presence and grow the audience across digital channels.

The customer is a digital media company providing a streaming platform and dedicated device designed for families seeking value-based, controlled entertainment. The service combines music, video, and podcasts under a single subscription, offering customizable filters, offline access, and community-approved content. Through both its mobile app and proprietary hardware, the company delivers a safe, distraction-free multimedia experience.

The project is a fast-growing commercial B2C digital platform with a global audience. The marketing team focuses on creating engaging video content, strengthening brand presence across social media, and expanding the user base through a mix of creative storytelling and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing the company’s presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube).
• Developing and executing comprehensive content and promotion plans aligned with marketing goals.
• Conducting market and audience research to identify trends, preferences, and engagement opportunities.
• Creating engaging content — including scriptwriting, video editing, and text production for posts, reels, and campaigns.
• Tracking and analysing key performance metrics (reach, followers, retention) to evaluate audience growth and content effectiveness.
• Continuously improving content strategy based on analytics and user behaviour insights.

Must-haves:

• Proven experience in video editing for 3+ years.
• Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Experience in developing marketing strategies for apps or product promotion.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and short-form content.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Level of English — from Upper-Intermediate or above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in content ideation.
