About the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager (Game Providers team) who will be responsible for developing relationships with game providers, promoting games within the product, and selling placements in category/promo slots. The ideal candidate is an iGaming professional who understands game mechanics, can negotiate effectively with providers, and manages promotional activities in a structured way.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with game providers: communication, negotiation, partnership support
• Connect and test new games from providers
• Sort and allocate games by category, popularity, and promo blocks
• Sell and allocate category slot placements - negotiate placement terms with providers
• Plan and run weekly/monthly promo campaigns together with providers
• Work with provider tournaments: organize, track, and analyze results
• Handle player escalations related to games
• Analyze promo campaign results and prepare reporting for the Team Lead

Requirements

• 1,5-2 years of experience in iGaming (hands-on experience working with game providers is a must)
• Experience planning and running promo campaigns
• Experience selling/allocating category slot placements - understanding of the commercial mechanics of placement
• Understanding of game mechanics and casino product logic
• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze promo results and draw conclusions
• English - confident level (for provider communication); Russian as primary working language
• Attention to detail, self-driven, results-oriented

Nice to have

• Background in Support/Escalations (Support/VIP/Loyalty) within iGaming - as a foundation for understanding players and provider processes
• Experience with casino platform admin panels/CMS
