Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing, motivated team.

  • Create a positive, growth-oriented team culture that encourages professional development.

  • Manage a distributed, remote team effectively, fostering communication and collaboration across time zones.

Sales Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and refine sales processes to drive productivity, efficiency, and performance.

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and utilize insights to enhance team performance and accountability.

Revenue Growth & Customer Engagement

  • Drive revenue by expanding market presence and building relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales goals and maintain a steady pipeline.

  • Lead customer engagement efforts to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience from initial contact to retention.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

  • Provide valuable market and customer insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.

Our Expectations:

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in English (C1, C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills, particularly in managing remote teams.

  • Additional language skills in German or Spanish are a plus but not required.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets.

  • Experience managing a distributed, remote team across multiple time zones.

Special Requirements

This is an on-site position located in the Saburtalo district of Tbilisi, Georgia. The work schedule is flexible and will be discussed during the interview with the hiring manager.
