Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing, motivated team.
Create a positive, growth-oriented team culture that encourages professional development.
Manage a distributed, remote team effectively, fostering communication and collaboration across time zones.
Sales Strategy & Process Optimization
Evaluate and refine sales processes to drive productivity, efficiency, and performance.
Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals and market needs.
Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and utilize insights to enhance team performance and accountability.
Revenue Growth & Customer Engagement
Drive revenue by expanding market presence and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation with sales goals and maintain a steady pipeline.
Lead customer engagement efforts to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience from initial contact to retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
Provide valuable market and customer insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
Our Expectations:
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in English (C1, C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills, particularly in managing remote teams.
Additional language skills in German or Spanish are a plus but not required.
Experience
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets.
Experience managing a distributed, remote team across multiple time zones.
Special Requirements
This is an on-site position located in the Saburtalo district of Tbilisi, Georgia. The work schedule is flexible and will be discussed during the interview with the hiring manager.
