We’re building a world-class team to support our aggressive hiring plan: 150+ brokers in 3 months.
About the Role
We’re looking for experienced, goal-driven recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Your job will be to fill our sales floor with top real estate talent — both experienced brokers and high-potential newcomers.
Responsibilities
Manage 10–15 open roles at a time, primarily for sales/broker positions
Build and maintain high-converting hiring funnels
Source candidates via Telegram, LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen, qualify, and push candidates forward fast
Coordinate with the hiring manager, trainers, and onboarding team
Track metrics: sourcing-to-hire rate, time-to-fill, drop-off, quality of hire
Constantly improve the hiring playbook to reduce friction and increase speed
Who You Are
You’ve closed 50+ hires in the past year — ideally in sales, agency, or high-pressure hiring environments
You’re comfortable with high volume and short cycles — and prefer action over endless “alignment” calls
You’re structured, fast, and responsive — you know hiring is a speed game
You use tools like Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Huntflow, CleverStaff, or similar ATS/CRMs to stay organized
You’re fluent in English (B2+)
Experience hiring for real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is a strong plus
You’re outcome-focused — we care about hires, not hours
