• Development and maintenance of a large-scale mobile game on Unity

• Participating in the creation of concepts and design of game mechanics in collaboration with the team

• Implementing new game features and modules

• Optimizing game performance for mobile platforms iOS and Android

• Identifying and fixing bugs, ensuring product stability and quality

• Participate in the planning and discussion of modules under development

• Planning and discussing the architecture of developed modules

• Collaborating with game designers and artists for effective idea implementation

• Preparing and releasing updates on the App Store and Google Play

• 5+ years of experience in game development on Unity 3D
• Successful experience working on casual games, preferably in the Merge or Match-3 genres
• Practical experience releasing games on mobile platforms

Technical Skills

• Excellent knowledge of C# and Unity
• Experience with UniTask, UniRx, DI containers (VContainer or Zenject), Newtonsoft JSON, Dotween
• Skills in code optimization and game performance enhancement
• Understanding of principles for building game application architecture

Personal Qualities

• Ability to work effectively in a small startup team
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
• Initiative and proactive approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities

Language Skills

• Proficiency in Russian and English at B2 level or higher

Desirable Skills

• Experience optimizing games for mobile platforms (CPU/GPU)
• Skills in writing shaders for 2D VFX
• Experience working with the Addressable Assets System
