NovaKid is a rapidly growing online English school dedicated to providing top-tier education for children aged 4-12 worldwide. With a mission to create the best online education platform for young learners, NovaKid currently serves over 80,000 students across more than 40 countries, all supported by a team of 3,000+ dedicated teachers.

The SEO Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance the online visibility and performance of our edtech platform. With strong technical SEO and link-building expertise, the SEO Manager ensures the website meets search engine requirements and drives organic traffic growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues impacting site performance.
• Building and executing link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and rankings.
• Performing keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content and optimization strategies.
• Collaborating with developers to implement technical fixes and enhancements.
• Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics to measure the impact of SEO initiatives.
• Staying updated on search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices to keep strategies effective and competitive.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with proven expertise in technical SEO and link building.
• Proficiency with all major SEO tools and analytics systems, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Strong track record of successful SEO cases or projects and case studies are a plus.
• English at C1
