Role Details
Position Type: Full-time (remote)
Team: Marketing Performance – SEO
Location: Global — working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET)
Reporting to: Performance Marketing Lead
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution – Plan and execute SEO growth strategies, build roadmaps, and set priorities across U.S., European, and LATAM markets
Team & Cross-Functional Management – Lead SEO specialists, link builders, external agencies, and SEO copywriters; collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and regional marketers
Content SEO – Create briefs, optimize content, manage content updates, and drive blog and content strategy
Technical SEO – Oversee crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and technical audits
Link Building – Develop and implement link-building strategies in collaboration with the link building specialist
SEO Performance Analysis & Reporting – Monitor performance using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush; creating reports to track progress and identify opportunities
SEO Process Improvement & Documentation – Continuously improve and automate SEO workflows, for example by leveraging AI tools and testing new automation solutions; build scalable and well-documented processes
LLM Optimization & Ranking – Stay ahead of emerging search behaviors by optimizing content and structure for AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Develop strategies to ensure our content ranks well in LLM responses, using prompt engineering, semantic structure, and source authority signals.
Requirements
Must To Haves:
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Proven success in U.S. and/or other English-speaking markets
Experience leading and managing SEO teams
Strong case studies with measurable SEO results
Successful SaaS SEO experience
English proficiency at B2–C1 level
Understanding of how LLMs surface and rank content in AI-powered search experiences (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity)
