We are looking for a Growth Social Media Manager at innovative dating platform focused on authenticity and real connections. Service provides users with a genuine dating experience, free from filters and deception, where individuals can present their true selves through daily, real-time photos.

What we’re looking for in your experience:

— 3-5 years of experience in SMM preferably in tech or consumer applications.

— Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.

— Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong conversational skills.

— Proven experience in creating engaging, viral content and developing creative social

media formats.

— Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a startup.

— Experience working in international markets (priority given to experience in the U.S. market).

— High level of creativity and strategic thinking.

Your key responsibilities:

— Develop and Implement Social Media Growth Strategy — Coordinate Content Creation and Campaign Management

— Community Engagement — Content Ideation and Viral Strategy

—Analysis and Reporting
