Requirements:

• Experience as a system administrator, support engineer, DevOps, or systems engineer
• Strong understanding of networking, server hardware, and virtualization/containerization systems
• Confident spoken English (a mandatory requirement)
• Ability to engage in constructive dialogue, negotiate, ask the right questions, and independently resolve issues

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support and maintenance for clients
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to solve complex and non-standard technical issues
• Make infrastructure changes (configurations, services, migrations, etc.)
• Handle incidents (diagnosis, resolution, and proactive prevention)
• Take part in implementation projects and onboarding of new clients
• Work closely with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) to prioritize tasks, gather requirements, and follow up on requests
• Maintain communication with clients, client-side teams, internal engineering and operations teams, and vendors
