We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, oversee, and optimise advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads;
• Generate ideas and create visuals for marketing campaigns (in cooperation with creative team)
• Generate ideas on improving user acquisition funnels and optimising costs (beyond media buying)
• Based on performance on marketing campaigns generate feedback on product positioning/ provide insights about competition
• Thoroughly analyse, measure, and compile reports for all campaigns, forming a well-informed perspective on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements;

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Advertising (Google/ Tiktok/ others a Plus);
• Experience in managing budgets over $100,000/month.;
• In-depth understanding of the general principles of user acquisition and performance marketing;
• Lead and mentor a team of buyers;
• Develop media buying strategies;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets;
• English Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Background in the iGaming industry;
