The opened vacancy implies becoming a part of Zion Development’s flagship product – a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances and crypto. We work with customers all over the world and our user base already surpassed the 100-million bar.

Due to the rapid expansion of our team, we are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Service Support team.

Experience and knowledge that we would like to see:

• Proficiency in SQL
• Log analysis
• Understanding of how web and network applications work technically
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate with developers and non-technical specialists

Nice to Have:

• Сommand of the Linux shell
• Basic knowledge of Python

The main tasks that will be assigned to you include:

• Handling technical inquiries from support and other departments within the organization
• Documenting standard operations and procedures for processing requests
