We are currently looking for a Traffic Manager with extensive experience across various channels to join our new R&D team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Generating ideas for innovative products and business models that can transform the industry and create new business opportunities;
• Conducting experiments and tests to verify the viability and effectiveness of proposed ideas and solutions;
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions aimed at improving the Company's products and services;
• Analyzing results and adapting strategies: evaluating the results of experiments and implemented solutions, and adapting them based on collected data;
• Collaborating with other departments in the Company to coordinate, scale ideas, and share knowledge for their successful implementation across the entire Company.

We expect:

• The ability to develop and implement strategies to attract traffic for testing new products and ideas;
• The ability to analyze and segment target audiences for creating targeted advertising campaigns aimed at testing hypotheses;
• Skills in organizing and conducting testing, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements based on data;
• Knowledge and experience with key marketing channels such as PPC, social media, and others;
• Excellent analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, and others.
