We are looking for a 360 Marketing Manager at innovative dating platform focused on authenticity and real connections. Service provides users with a genuine dating experience, free from filters and deception, where individuals can present their true selves through daily, real-time photos.

The Role

• Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from concept development to final execution.
• Implementation of offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Generating innovative ideas and identifying opportunities for special projects.
• Conducting thorough research to keep the team informed about audience trends and industry dynamics.
• Monitoring and analyzing product and marketing performance metrics to optimize project outcomes.

Your leadership will be key to ensuring that we meet our goals and deliver an outstanding project on time.

Who we seek
Language and location:

• Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong conversational skills
• Anywhere as long as it is comfortable for you to work within CET time zone

Skills

• Experience in implementing offline marketing campaigns targeting a young audience;
• Experience in B2C project management;
• Ability to autonomously manage projects;
• Experience working in any foreign market (priority given to the USA);
• People management experience;
• Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a startup.

Terms

• Salary up to $2000 Depending on the interview and test task results;
