We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager of projects for an international digital fintech project, Owner.One, focusing on mobile/web applications and Web 3.0. This role is centered on developing a promising B2C/C2C digital product aimed at personal asset management for UHNWI/HNWI clients.

WHAT IS EXPECTED
Marketing & Sales plan delivery from the assigned TA segment & corresponding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan end-to-end user journey for assigned projects
• Plan targeting strategy, KPIs and metrics for the Projects
• Plan campaigns and budget
• Prepare content in collaboration with cross functional team (R&D, Product)
• Manage an internal content production team
• Search, identify and pitch suppliers and other external resource
• Manage execution of project campaigns
• Make post analysis on KPIs and metrics, report topline
• Analyze and make recommendations on campaign & content improvements
• Proactively propose improvements in assigned marketing projects to deliver business KPIs

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing marketing projects, preferably within the fintech or digital product sectors.
• Strong understanding of B2C/C2C marketing dynamics and strategies, particularly for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Product Management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation for marketing campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project needs.
• Familiarity with Web 3.0 technologies and their implications for digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Payment: USD, level to be discussed individually.
• Team Communication Language: Currently Russian, with plans to transition to English.
• Project Documentation: Conducted in English.
