Andersen is hiring an AI Engineer for a US real estate project. The role involves building an AI-driven platform for automated investment analysis, document processing, and secure data management.

The customer is a U.S.-based real estate investment firm specializing in opportunistic and value-add strategies across sectors like self-storage, senior housing, multifamily, and parking. Since 2007, it has completed over 120 investments and raised multiple funds, earning strong trust from institutional investors. Known for hands-on asset management and complex deal execution, the customer is a trusted partner for leading institutional investors.

The project is the development of an automated investment analysis platform that uses AI to extract insights from documents, updаtеrecords, generate reports, and provide a secure web dashboard for monitoring and review.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing AI models to address business challenges and improve system intelligence (develop AI ecosystem with RAG).
• Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing structured and unstructured data for AI ecosystem development.
• Training, evaluating, and fine-tuning machine learning models to ensure high accuracy and performance (would be a huge plus).
• Prompt and context engineering for data extraction (named entity recognition).
• Investigating and analyzing input data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Must-haves:

• Experience as an AI engineer with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement for 4+ years.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience with Azure, with strong advantage in related services such as AI Search, AI Foundry, Promptflow, Blob Storage, and Azure Monitor.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with LLMs.
• Strong expertise in AI technologies and complex formula development, with a solid analytical mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Scope-driven and assertive, able to maintain focus on defined deliverables and confidently push back when necessary.
• Thrives under pressure, capable of delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines and demanding environments.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Azure SDK.
• Experience in web automation with Selenium, Browser Use or similar.
