An experienced Email/Direct Marketing Manager is required for an international digital fintech project Owner.One (mobile/web applications, Web 3.0) to work on a promising B2C/C2C digital product in the field of personal asset management (managing private assets and working with them) for UHNWI/HNWI level users. As a Email/Direct Marketing Manager, you will provide cold outreach on scale, nurturing contacts and further conversion. Your objective is to reach the target clients, engage them with marketing content and convert them to start using the product. In order to reach the objectives you’ll be equipped with appropriate marketing automation stack (including cold outreach, social media automation and email automation).
The main responsibilities of the position include:
Planning Direct Marketing Efforts:
- Develop comprehensive direct marketing strategies tailored to the UHNWI/HNWI audience.
- Create a campaign calendar for email outreach, social media posts, and direct messaging.
Building an Outreach Database:
- Develop a targeted outreach base by identifying key client segments based on specific criteria.
- Segment the database for personalized marketing efforts.
Executing Cold Outreach:
- Manage cold email campaigns and direct messaging using platforms like Apollo and Scrab to initiate contact with potential clients.
Social Media Management:
- Regularly updаtеsocial media accounts with fresh content (created by analytics and creative teams) to maintain active client engagement.
Managing Email Campaigns:
- Oversee ongoing email campaigns for subscribers, nurturing leads and encouraging conversions.
Analyzing and Optimizing Campaigns:
- Continuously analyze the effectiveness of email and direct marketing efforts, making recommendations for tools, approaches, and optimizations to improve reach and conversion rates.
Automation and Tools:
- Leverage a comprehensive marketing automation stack (including tools for cold outreach, social media automation, and email automation) to streamline campaigns and scale outreach efforts.
Collaborative Work:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the analytics, creative, and sales departments, to align marketing strategies with the overall business objectives.
Main requirements:
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years in direct marketing, inbound or email marketing
SKILLS
Hard skills:
- CRM (please specify platforms you used)
- Marketing automation / email marketing (please specify platforms you used)
- Social media automation (please specify platforms you used)
- Experience in complex inbound funnels and message automation mapping
Soft skills:
- Doer mindset
- Analytical skills, learn on the go abilities
- Critical thinking
- Ability to work with big volumes of texts
- Agility in project management
EDUCATION
- Any professional certificates (like HubSpot inbound marketing or else) would be a plus
- English: fluent or native
- Other languages: Spanish, Arabic, Malaysian or Russian would be a plus
Conditions:
- Flexible Employment Terms: Remote work via self-employment and entrepreneurship;
- Payment: USD.
- Team Communication Language: Currently Russian, future plans to switch to English.
- Project Documentation: Conducted in English.
- Payment Level: Discussed individually.
