We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media design, branding, and materials. This role will involve creating visually appealing graphics for various platforms, developing presentations, and supporting branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create engaging designs for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes post designs, advertisements, and promotional graphics
Develop visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate ideas and strategies
Design and produce high-quality printable materials, ensuring adherence to CMYK and Pantone standards. Must have knowledge of technical printing requirements
Utilize strong typography skills to enhance visual communication and brand identity. Experience with creating custom fonts is a plus
Collaborate on brand development and create logotypes, ensuring a cohesive brand identity that aligns with branding principles
Assist with web design projects, including layout design and graphics for websites. Experience with UX/UI design is a nice to have
Participate in the design of exhibition materials and layouts as needed
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the brand book, ensuring consistent use of branding elements across all materials

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Expertise in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of typography
Color theory. Features of working with CMYK, Pantone, RGB.
Print production processes: experience in preparing layouts for printing and production processes
Ability to think creatively and outside the box while adhering to brand guidelines.
Strong portfolio
