About Us

Adventarium is an experimental AI game master for immersive, text-based role-playing experiences. We’re entering the US market with a focused MVP test to validate product-market fit and unit economics.

Your Mission

You’ll take the lead on marketing execution for our US test launch. Your key goal is simple but critical: reach our first paying users at a sustainable CAC. You’ll plan and run ad campaigns, identify our most responsive segments, and help define the early growth playbook.

Goals for This Role

• 200+ qualified leads for the initial product validation
• 2,000+ qualified leads for paywall testing and monetization

What You’ll Do

• Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Reddit, Discord)
• Write and test ad copy variations, and work with our team on visuals and landing page optimization
• Define and refine user personas based on real data
• Analyze funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, activation, retention) and optimize accordingly
• Collaborate closely with the product team to adjust messaging, features, and flows

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital/growth marketing or user acquisition (ideally in early-stage/startup environments)
• Proven experience running successful ad campaigns in the US market via Reddit, Meta, and Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ad dashboards, A/B testing, and conversion tracking
• Fluent written English and strong grasp of US online culture and behavioral patterns

• Must be based outside of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus due to restrictions in advertising platforms

• Experience working with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) and editing AI-generated content for clarity, tone, and human readability

Nice to Have

• Experience with community-based marketing or niche audiences
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.
• Interest in games, storytelling, or AI-driven products

Compensation
