Requirements:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience;
• Experience with various recruitment tools and interviewing techniques;

• Basic understanding of various web&mobile technologies (back-end, front-end, QA, ba/pm, ds/de, etc.);

• Experience in cooperating with hiring managers as a business partner: highlighting issues in the recruitment process, discussing them, and proposing solutions;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Focus on results;
• Level of spoken English - at least B2 or above.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for our business partners in the EU and US markets;
• Analysing requirements, preparing candidate profiles, researching the labor market, and finding suitable candidates;
• Organising online meetings and interviews;
• Work with the internal CRM system;
• Closely cooperate with hiring managers and your future team;
• You will be able to test your skills in recruiting and developing as an HR professional, dealing with the adaptation, development, training, and assessment of employees.
