Lead Data Scientist

Project:

You will lead a small, high-impact ML squad embedded directly in client product teams. Your mission: turn complex business problems into shippable models — whether that means forecasting demand, extracting insight from images, or processing tons of text documents.

This is an equal-parts leadership and hands-on role: you set the vision, manage the team, and dive into code whenever required.

Required skills:

• 7+ years of experience in at least one ML field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, e.g., Architect.
• 2+ years of experience managing/supervising teams.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, time series forecasting, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Ability to lead meetings, clarify requirements, and explain technical trade-offs confidently.
• English B2+.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a small, high-performing team of data scientists.
• Collaborate with the customers and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in presale activities, providing technical insights and helping to shape project proposals.
• Maintain a hands-on approach when necessary, rolling up your sleeves and driving excellence through individual contributions while leading the team.
