• Database Management: Governance of data management, maintain and updаtеour data warehouse to ensure data is current and easily accessible & Develop and manage data storage solutions that comply with regulatory requirements.
• Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures, conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversight of data collection and integration, design the tools to have data-science driven decision making leveraging AI for example to produce new forecasting and back testing insights, oversee the development of reporting templates.
• Technology and Tools: Utilize data management and analysis tools, particularly AI, to streamline processes and improve efficiency & stay updated with the latest data management technologies and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams to understand their data needs and provide support, communicate data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner & own relationships with external developers and specialists.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure data management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards & implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Team Management: managing the day-to-day operations, planning and priority setting of the team, responsible for the team members career development, performance management, responsible for the development of an annual team plan, including kpi's and budget and for resource planning, process owner for data management and data controls.

Education: Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent through work experience.

Work experience: At least 5 years of experience in BI project management and/or IT leadership.

Skills and competences:
• on data warehousing and data governance frameworks.
• on data modeling, including 3NF, Data Vault 2.0, and dimensional modeling.
• batch and streaming data processing.
• proficiency with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Python, SQL, Spark, and PySpark.
• AI/ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and HF Transformers.
• MLflow.
• Power BI.
• Microsoft-based infrastructure such as Azure, Office 365, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint.
• Experience in setting and controlling budgets, aligned with other departments.
• Strong planning and analytical skills.
• Proactive mindset, good intercultural communication skills, organizational networker.
