Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the user interface for corporate and client websites, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and recommending implementations. Create engaging and high-quality visuals for landing pages.

• Develop and implement interactions and motion design.

• Ensure visual accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA compliance) and optimize for performance.

• Prepare specifications and assets for the development team, support development, and conduct visual QA.

• Extend and manage design system components, styles, and tokens.

• Collaborate effectively with content, marketing, and engineering teams.

• Communicate directly with customers and stakeholders.

• Work as an integral part of an agile team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on UI design experience in real-world projects (not academic work).

• A strong portfolio showcasing recent, production-level design work is required for consideration, a proven ability to design high-conversion web pages, backed by data or outcomes.

• Experience creating graphic content from scratch, including the use of AI-assisted tools.

• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS principles.

• Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies.

• Good understanding of usability standards, accessibility best practices, heuristics, and modern web design patterns.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including: Components & variants, Auto layout, Design tokens, Interactive prototyping.

• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently, managing priorities, and solving design challenges effectively.

• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity.

• Practical experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows and improve efficiency.

• Bonus: Experience with motion design for interfaces, using tools such as: Figma Smart Animate, Principle, Adobe After Effects.

• Select and utilize appropriate tools to meet project-specific requirements.
