Must-haves:

• Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid software development life cycle models (SDLC).
• Knowledge of international trade regulations.
• Knowledge of customs legislation and experience with customs clearance.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations.
• Experience in project management (route justification, working with contractors, launching supply chains).
• Experience in project management using various methodologies.
• Excellent planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.
• Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility.
• Ability to multitask and stress resistance.
• Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
