POSITION PROFILE
Driven by the business growth and diversification, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Director to lead our marketing and sales units and elevate sales through synergy and cooperation of units.
This is a new position within reorganization with a key role in shaping and driving strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth across our business directions: Real Estate, Golf, Restaurant and upcoming Sport & Wellness club. Under your supervision will be sales and marketing units and you will report directly to the Board.
Strong communication and team management skills, collaborative mindset, desire to grow and achieve goals are key factors to be successful in this role. We will be glad to unite efforts together with a proactive well-organized person with professional attitude.
Sales Strategy Development
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets across all business divisions, including identification and development of new channels
- Analyze market trends, track competitors, customer needs to align product development, pricing strategy and marketing approaches
- Development and coordination of B2B and co-branding projects
Marketing Leadership
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and brand values
- Guide brand positioning and messaging to align with Tbilisi Hills vision and values
Team Management
- Develop, lead and mentor a high-performing motivated sales and marketing teams
- Foster a collaborative environment to encourage creativity and pro-active approach
- Ensure a fair and transparent reward system that encourages employees’ efficiency
- Ensure active systematic work with leads, sales activity and KPI tracking, and accountability
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze sales data and key marketing metrics to evaluate effectiveness, correct existing and implement new strategies
- Present regular sales & marketing performance reports to C-level management, outlining agreed KPIs, achievements, key trends and areas for improvement
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain fruitful relationships with key stakeholders, including heads of departments, real estate brokers, business partners and Tbilisi Hills residents
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth within the local and regional markets
Требования:
- 5+ years of diverse experience in sales, preferably in real estate area or hospitality, marketing experience considered as a strong plus
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Multidisciplinary collaboration skills and out of the box thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (professional English required; additional languages are a plus)
- Team player: collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proactive: self-motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities and addressing challenges
