We are looking for a creative Russian speaking Online Marketing Manager, with experience in online marketing to join our marketing team and promote our services online with various methods. This is a full-time, full-remote position.

We are an IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in hiring English-speaking IT talents for German companies and relocating them to Germany. We work with large established German enterprises as well as young and dynamic start-ups, hiring for a wide variety of tech roles. We help our candidates find a job in Germany, secure an attractive job offer, obtain a visa and relocate to Germany. We also support them extensively after relocation, making sure that everyone gets a smooth start in a new country and on a new job.

Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany, our team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.

Responsibilities:

• Define our online marketing strategy together with the company founders.
• Design and improve our online marketing funnels (customer journey) to generate leads.
• Create and optimize landing and product pages, forms, chatbots, email and message sequences to improve conversion.
• Work with our SMM specialists on the marketing funnels that involve social media.
• Track performance, analyse efficiency, and build reports.
• Explore and implement efficient ways to increase our reach and/or to bring more leads into our marketing funnels, for example:
  1. CPC ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Yandex, etc
  2. Influencer marketing,
  3. SEO optimization and content marketing,
  4. Any other online marketing ideas that you convince us of.

Requirements:

• Fluent English OR German (B2 level)
• Fluent in Russian
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end semi-automated online marketing funnels with chatbots, email sequences, leadgen forms, and automation tools like Zapier
• Attention to detail and a high standard for the quality of delivered results
• High literacy and the ability to write easy-to-understand texts
• You are tech-savvy, learn new tools quickly,y and enjoy doing it
• Ability to work on a large number of diverse tasks, self-organize, and prioritize ruthlessly

Nice to have:

• Experience designing and implementing email marketing campaigns is a plus
• Experience with publishing content via CMS like WordPress is a plus
• Experience with organizing webinars is a plus
