????Your Role:

You’ll be our main designer — leading UX/UI and brand visual communication across web (desktop & mobile).
We’re building an entertainment-focused, sensual product. Here, not only polished UX matters, but also striking UI. It directly impacts how much we earn. That’s why this role comes with equity in the project.
We’re already profitable, so equity realization won’t be an issue. Our next funding round is scheduled for the end of this year — meaning now is the best moment to join the team, since before the round you’ll get the maximum possible %.

????What You’ll Do:

• Own the full UX/UI design process: research, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI.

• Design for web & mobile: intuitive, stylish, responsive.

• Turn complex systems (catalogs with hundreds of scenarios, UGC-streams with revshare creators, multi-step AI-driven scenarios) into clear and engaging user journeys.

• Shape the emotional tone and brand identity.

• Develop and maintain our design system in Figma.

• Work closely with CEO, CPO, CTO, and developers — from concept to release.

• In 2026 — step into a lead role and build your own design team.

????Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in UX/UI & product design (mobile, web, B2C).

• A portfolio that shows product thinking, clear structured reasoning, and elegant design solutions.

• Strong Figma skills, attention to detail, deep understanding of mobile-first principles & design systems.

• Proven ability to turn complex user flows into beautiful and intuitive interfaces.

➕Nice-to-Haves

• Strong graphic design skills — whether editing or creating from scratch.

• Experience in brand visual identity — not just visuals, but storytelling and emotions.

• Motion design & animation skills (or quick access to freelance support).

• Familiarity with AI-generated graphics (MidJourney or alternatives) — faster than manual illustration.

• UX writing — no placeholders; you think about what the user reads and how microcopy guides attention.

• Startup experience — especially from the post-PMF scaling stage.

• Experience in redesigning catalogs, chats, funnels, gamification mechanics — with an iterative approach.

• Background in games or entertainment services.
