Motion Designer (iGaming)

We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Motion Designer. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Tasks:

• Creating advertising creatives for advertising platforms and social networks: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik-Tok, In-app, etc.;
• Participation in the creative team at the idea development stage.
• Shooting video materials for advertising creatives;
• Development and practical implementation of artistic concepts and animated computer graphics in the After Effects environment;
• Generating ideas, developing creative concepts, adapting materials to different formats and sizes within the framework of the approved corporate style;

Requirements:

• Independence in making technical decisions;
• Work experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a dynamically developing agency or in your own creative team;
• Experience in independently searching for information and materials on the Internet. Having a strong portfolio;
• Experience creating creatives for “Online casinos/games/mobile applications” will be a plus;
• Basic knowledge of editing theory and the basics of directing, video shooting, lighting, understanding of the technical and artistic principles of creating animation;
• Basic skills of a graphic designer/illustrator, working with sound, SFX effects;
• Basic skills of neural networks: Midjourney, Eleven Labs will be a plus;
• Professional knowledge of graphic packages: Adobe After Effects (including knowledge of top plugins and scripts), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro;
• Developed sense of style, visual thinking, formed taste;
• Awareness of the latest trends in the motion graphics market;
• Willingness to complete a test task.

Working conditions:

• Remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office. It doesn't matter where you're working from, only the result is important;
