Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor affiliate and media buying campaigns to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements;
  • Conduct regular audits of affiliate and media buying activities to identify suspicious or fraudulent patterns;
  • Evaluate new affiliates partners through risk scoring, background checks, and vetting processes before approval;
  • Draft and updаtеcompliance checklists, partner onboarding procedures, and monitoring protocols;
  • Provide clear documentation for internal stakeholders and partners on acceptable practices and restrictions;
  • Train affiliate managers team on regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practices;
  • Assess the risk-reward balance of new marketing strategies, campaigns;
  • Interface with external regulators or platforms in the event of investigations, audits, or policy enforcement;
  • Generate regular compliance and risk reports for senior management, including KPIs on policy breaches, fraud rates, and risk exposure;
  • Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with data and completing analytical tasks;
  • Experience working with sheets and databases;
  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • Ability to detect patterns and make logical conclusions;
  • Ability to work on fast-paced and dynamic environment.
